Well Trained Drivers
Retriever uses 10 identically equipped Fords with Chevron Auto Grip II wreckers. Many of our driver team have many years with us. However, when a new driver joins our team, we go through an extensive training program utilizing a checklist where both the Trainee and the Trainer sign off on each item as the training is completed. We also go to great effort to familiarize new drivers with our most frequently serviced properties. All drivers are required to attend a training session on the City of Portland Police Contract and attend our own monthly safety meetings and quarterly customer service traiining classes.
