Light and Medium Duty

Light-Duty
Retriever Towing operates 10 light-duty wreckers, built specially to fit inside the many Portland parking garages, using fold-down emergency lightbars. The fleet consists of all wheellift tow bodies that lift the towed vehicle by the tires, with no contact to the suspension or body of the vehicle. This process is secure and protects the vehicle.
All trucks are equipped with an air hose, jumper cables, tire-changing equipment, lockout tools, and most importantly, a well-trained towing specialist.

Medium-Duty
The medium-duty trucks at Retriever Towing use 26,000 lb. GVW Chassis and midsized tow bodies.  Our medium-duty trucks are designed to tow diesel pickups, campers, small buses, and other medium-duty trucks. The underlifts have the option of L-arms to attach to the tires, or frame forks and spring shackle adaptors to tow other midsized trucks. Our medium-duty trucks are often used for the recovery of vehicles that have travelled off the road.
