Thanks for helping me out on 12.18.2010. You towed me off of I5 and dropped me off at Swan Island. Thanks so much for having such a level head when I was loopy. It made me feel safe and well taken care of at a time when I was out of it. Thanks

Recently we were in Oregon, and while driving on Burnside Rd. west. We blew out the clutch on my daughters old (21 years) Toyota wagon, and were stranded on the uphill road. (In a very dangerous spot.) While we were waiting for our AAA Tow, your driver, Mr. Corey Redfern, happened to be passing, noticed our precarious spot and offered to pull us up to a more safer area just a short distance up the road. (without cost, because it was apparent to him that we were in a vulnerable spot.) Please commend him for being such a caring and thoughtful person, who knows, he probably saved a bad accident. Thank you for having such a personable driver working for your company, I find that is typical of Oregonians. Sincerely, Thank you Corey and Retriever Towing.
The Gola Family.
Cory and I have the best customer relationship ever. He is very courteous and we always make it a point to talk to each other when he comes out on the property. Cory helps me make sure that the cars that are here are supposed to be here. He makes sure that all the residents abides by the rules set forth in our agreement. Cory goes above and beyond just a driver. He is personable, courteous, professional, diligent and an all around great guy. I value our professional relationship and the relationship I have with your company. I have had the pleasure of meeting some of your other drivers and they are great as well, but I would have to say Cory would be greatly missed if he were not around.

Dave at Ashforth Pacific Inc called to let us know that Zac M. was on scene and was doing an outstanding job and being very professional in representing his company. He wanted to give him a pat on the back. Good job Zac.

Charles. I wanted to thank Zac for helping me yesterday, July 15th when I got sick and fainted. I fell out of my car in a parking lot by Kelly and Arthur Streets downtown. He stopped called or had someone call 911, then pulled out a first aid kit to help me clean up my bloody face. He didn’t have to stop and he did. I wanted you and Zac to know I really appreciate that he took the time to help me. I did go to the ER and got IV fluids. I was dehydrated from exercise and blood pressure medicine, water pills. So tell Zac thanks and I will call your company, because of your fine staff, if I ever need a tow.
